Soy wax melts at 120 degrees, which contributes to longer burn time and scent distribution. Soy wax melts to Vitamin E oil; can be used to rub on cuticles and body massage.  (Natural candle white and light colors are recommended).  In contrast, candles made with paraffin emit up to 11 carcinogenic compounds and produce soot.  Paraffin wax is made of petroleum, a by-product from oil industries.
